EA Play Forum—Play Day 2011 Video

East Ayrshire’s Community Play Forum is facilitated by Leisure Development Services EA Positive Play Team and aims to bring all locally based play organisations, voluntary and statutory groups and parent/carers together who have an interest in play in the community. The main aim of the Community Play Forum is to positively influence the attitudes of children, parents and carers by promoting the benefits and importance of play for children and offer opportunities to discuss and address various play issues which arise within their local community. The Forum provides training opportunities and resources for groups/individuals/volunteers involved in play work.
